NCS employs FIVE highly skilled technicians trained to provide you - our valued customer - with prompt, efficient and expert service on all types of machine tools. All of our employees have worked within the machine tool repair industry for most of their careers and have extensive, hands-on knowledge of the machinery they service. MEET OUR EMPLOYEES: Joseph Giardiello: President and Founder of NCS Joe has over 30 years experience in the Electronic Engineering field. Joe is an expert in repairing components and in custom designing projects. Robert Mason: Electronic Field Service Engineer Bob has over 30 years experience as an Electronics Technician, Bob specializes in GE and Allen-Bradley equipment. He is also extremely knowledgeable in many of the older Fanuc controls. Doug McCallum: Electronic Field Service Engineer Doug has 25 years experience as an Electronics Technician. Doug specializes in designing retrofits for NCS customers. Mike Stehman: Electronic Field Service Engineer Mike has 28 years experience troubleshooting machinery. Mike is an expert on installing and configuring communication systems as well as troubleshooting most types of electronics. Jerry Young: Mechanical Field Service Engineer Jerry has 39 years of experience in mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, machine alignment and calibration. He has completed formal training on several US-built machines tools such as G&L, K&T and Cincinnati.
